Speaking as someone with insomnia, which got worse after COVID, who did this over the last two weeks, doing a "three sleeps before Thanksgiving," and only just finally managed to get some sleep last night... I resemble that remark.
Depends on the context. I have TV dinners for breakfast all the time - usually the ones with the dinosaur shaped tater tots.
Not to mention the likes of steak or pizza. I even remember having spaghetti with meatballs for breakfast once, and not as leftovers.
