Looks good, the only thing missing is a more coherent narrative. Right now it reads as if both sides are attackers, with a fairly symmetrical battleground. Maybe the portal side is the attackers; and they get a different bonus for controlling the various objectives (e.g. controlling the portal gives the attackers some minor reinforcements each turn, controlling the fortress gives the defenders a big gun, that sorta thing.) Also, are there 2 bridges, or more than 2? And minor sidenote; be carefull with how many flyers you allow. I can imagine that certain army lists will just ruin the entire thing by simply ignoring the river
More or less yes, they both are "attackers". Abaddon and his allies were testing a device made by vashtorr and now need to crush and capture the imperial fortress. The strike squad composed by grey knights and custodes was there to try to inflict a cripping blow to those forces. 3 bridges, but only 2 were worth points. The central one was not... but being central it was already useful for granting board control Nah, that would be normally a risk, but i knew the players and their armies. On a side note, the next apocalypse will be highly asimmetrical... the devastation of Baal!
