Hi people. Im new to fantasy and this Forum.
I thought i would post in the introductions before i start asking a lot of questions. I used to be into the hobby when i was around 12, i came back into the hobby around 4 years ago with 40k. Im more of a hobbyist than a gamer, i've only been gaming for around a year. i play lord of the rings and the hobbit however i have never played fantasy.

I am only a casual gamer and just play for fun i enter into local campaigns but not into competitions. I basically choose an army based on the models i like the look of and want to paint rather then building a strong list and painting that.

Well hope to speak to you guys soon and i will be picking your brains in the army list section hoping to build a strong list and work that way. As i found there isn't any models i don't like the look of in the lizards!

    Thanks

    Welcome to the forum!

Don't hesitate to ask any tactics or rules based questions. Also, if you are mainly into the modeling/painting aspect, you should check out the painting forum for inspiration and tips. Also, you should consider posting pictures of your models there. Whether you are a beginner or a master or somewhere in between, our painting forumites are friendly and helpful.

Welcome to the Jungle! I am new to Fantasy too. I played a couple of small games last year with some friends and got my own army this year. I like the look and the background of Lizardmen and have been having a lot of fun. I do not enter tournaments (mostly due to time issues), but I enjoy collecting and painting the models almost as much as the games.
