It does not mean anything, I was updating the code to show the Skaven Slave / Horned Rat ranks and thought it would be fun to also change out the text under the username. The clan you are under, depends on your user id, that is why it is always the same for a member. That is a deliberate choice I made, as it makes it clear that your profile has not been hacked, in regards to the avatar picture change.
Finally the Horned Rat has risen! I silently always wanted to play Clan Eshin EDIT: And i am Clan Moulder! Blasts! Treachery! Betrayal!
Considering you have been transformed into a Skaven Slave, I guess the clan that own you does not matter that much.... Joke aside, if you dont have a Skaven army yet, you should consider getting one, they make for some very funny games. If the dice gods are on your side, you will steamroll your opponent, if not, you will blow up your own army. In reality both scenarios can be equally funny.
*Reappears in chains and muttering about how he'd make all these fools walk the plank when he takes back control* Heh, and the Skaven of the UnderEmpire are reporting their victory over Lustria Online. Don't think I trust that Ratty fellow though, I think he might be a dwarf-thing in disguise...
Being Clan Pestilens now really explains why my Warplightning cannon usually explodes with its first shot of the game almost every single time. I am also taking Warpfire throwers just to amuse myslelf and see which direction the team will run before it gloriously explodes this time. So yeah, that is the reason why I have my rat-genes deeply imprinted in my DNA.

In regards to the takeover by the under-empire, it's not exactly a good omen for my game tonight against my buddy's Skaven army. I feel a "slave transfer" occurring soon (In all seriousness, good job on the artwork!)
