    Very nice, I have taken inspiration from your bases and used a similar approach on my KOW Salamander units ;)

    Thanks guys!
    Glad you like the guy! (he is also happy!)

    @NIGHTBRINGER
    The scales are made using Airbrush to blend the colours and transaction to the blue skin.
    And then is just a light drybrush of lighter colours and wash.
    The scales look good because the model is very well sculpted.
    So just let the drybrush/wash do the job by you.

    Your dry-brushing looks so perfect and smooth. Mine never turns out nearly so well. I often end up with a dusty/chalky effect :(

    You've definitely got some really great painting skills. I'm really enjoying your work!

    On the plus side, I did just get an airbrush for my B-day... now it is time to learn how to use it!

    You are probably applying too much paint in each stroke of the Drybrush.
    I use little little paint each time.
    Also helps the smother effect if you use paints with a finer pigment. Like vallejo model air. (yes I use airbrush thinned paints for Drybrush :p)

    There probably won't be pictures for a while because I have absolutely no idea how to use it properly. :oops: To start I'll probably just be using it to apply base coats.
