Yes more pictures! You certainly have an interesting and amazing collection! But this Giant turtle transport is just so cool. You could add a lot to it and make it yours. Looking forward to seeing if you decide to modify it.
As requested more pictures of the war turtle: and here is a Slann... Sniffing his finger Still in the process of organising my last bulk buy so pictures on that are still on their way
Yeah the I believe the Slann is a nice and simple conversion and the war turtle is certainly a fearsome war vessel - I might load him up with all my Slann at 1 point for laughs
I just looked through your blog so you've just received a lot of likes I'm really impressed with all your projects. And what a wonderfully big collection you must have by now! Also damn that giant serpent/turtle with crew is awesome!!!
This last Slann of yours is really cool! Don't want to know where the finger was before the sniffing though...
@Janf thanks man secretly been trying to get my post to like ratio at a 2:1 so you're help is apprechiated - and thanks @tom ndege - I asumme he's sniffing some grub juice or something
Well there you go... another like to help you on your way. You're just about at the 2:1 ratio now... only a few more likes to go. I'd have to obtain an ungodly number of likes to even approach a 2:1 ratio.
Keeps promising pictures doesn't post any - I will attempt to get some on here after the UK apprentice - I had another lot of warhammer in the post today that I've been sorting through. I have run out of room to place them all - in desperate need of a display cabinate but they are costly buggers.
So I've here's a little update not the best i'll admit but this is the second bulk lot of Warhammer I have to sort through whilst looking through them I was listening to a bit of... I amuse myself sometimes if no one else. Here is a brief overview of the bulk army I got: They keep building up need a glass cabinet or 2 or 3
I want to talk about mould making breifly - I made a mould to cast a figure I had but it turned out my brother didn't come round with the poly resin filler stuff in time So basically it sat in our room for a good while and I don't know if it enters the realms of irony but it got covered in mould - which was disgusting so I had to throw it before I got to test it. Luckily I have some of the mixture stuff left so can try again sometime but need to make sure I have something to put in after I cast it. So the reason im talking about this is because I had a dream last night and in that dream I went to a store that made castings of what you brought them and for some reason in that dream I had taken them my casting so they were making a casting of my casting xD it's only when I woke up I relaised how silly it was.
Moving my models from one room to the other and I noticed that Tehehauni is basically saurus sized which should have been known to me since I found one of the models hidden in a saurus unit. In any event my new cuboard came (new being chairty shop one ) - In any event - It has a modular shelving unit but only one shelf has the support structures in place so I need @NIGHTBRINGER to work his wood work magic
Just an update on a model I linked in fantastic beasts - you have one week left to arrange a pre order for the model - to find the model search @FEY54mm for the hypno toad I believe it is a 28mm scale model so don't be mislead by facebook search
Just perusing Gamesworkshop and realised that a good % of the Lizardmen I mean urhm seraphon are webstore exclusives - how do they expect people to get into the hobby by withholding the hero types from the store locations. When you're a kid you go in and see what hero inspires you so I don't really understand it.
So this is my new (Old charity shop item) cabinate only one shelf is operational at the moment which presented challenging in placing all my models into the unit - however I have a good 70% of my models in it i'd say thanks to improvising a shelf within a shelf as you'll soon see. Below are my Slann in a collective meeting... this oddly enough isn't my whole Slann collection 2 are missing from the picture. Sorry the picture quality aren't the best - It's surprisingly difficult to photograph the gathering. And here is the cupboard filling up with models I when I fix the shelving issue I will likely fit my whole army in the unit in a nicer way. Then me and my fiancée are going to get started on scenery when we finish our seasonal work at a well known company that is named after a river. As you can see ..sort of...the bottom shelf is for monsters at the moment, then it has Saurus streaming out from the centre above them are all my skinks and most of the Slann.
Angry Saurus - I don't know if any of you have noticed but when you don't put the shield on the Saurus they look like angry villagers shaking their fists.
Still missing that illusive Modern* Mini Slann though - Then my collection of the variants should be complete
