Looks like @Lord-Marcus has already passed a couple! @Aginor meanwhile is only a few hundred posts away from breaking into the top 5. Also, the two members ahead of him are inactive, so it's only a matter of time before he takes the 4th place spot!
Time flies. I just did the math on it because I was surprised I have that many posts already, it seems with all the talk about the new stuff in AoS (Malign Portents, Death Battletome, new Draco's tail and EotG changes), and all the new members with their blog threads and questions which I try to answer as well as I can, I am posting an average of over 21 posts each day since the beginning of the year! At that speed I will hit 5000 posts in April or so.
I could only compute it because I remember laughing on Dec 31st because I realized I had exactly 3100 posts that night. It lined up nicely, and I love when numbers line up. So... I am not really trying to post a lot, I just notice now and then. I guess I just... ....I.... ....dammit now you make me confess that I like to hear myself talk....
That would cause some interesting situations. Especially when posting from work... Ok joke aside, I meant that figuratively of course.
No excuses... start posting more! It's still interesting... soon the actives will rise to the top and battle it out! @Bowser
Ok I know this is silly, but @admins is there a way to tell when somebody made their Xth post? For example: How long was @NIGHTBRINGER active on the forums when he made his 5000th post? I don't see this as a race but inspired by this thread I can't help but wonder.... Has anyone of the Slanns made it to 5000 posts in less than two years?
He was at 4,479 posts when the JUST FOR LAUGHS thread was on page 18. Approximately June 2016 - 6 years after joining.
It took me long time because I joined this forum and then transitioned over to the Chamber of the Everchosen for quite some time. I was completely inactive on here for quite a few years. I joined this site on November 4, 2010 and didn't reach Slannhood until August 2, 2016. The first post of this thread shows that I achieved the rank of Slann on August 2, 2016. That was 5000 posts and I'm now sitting at just under 12500. So in about a year and a half I posted 1.5 Slann's worth (7500 posts).
