Small DnD commission for a friend's son. 6/10 complete, sans bases which are coming tomorrow

 

For those keeping score at home:

We just passed 400 posts in this blog

2 current painting commissions (1 1/2 done)

1 order of finished bases needs packing.

I need to process/create:

2 large orders of bases

4 quart bags of randomized basing material

1 quart elven ruins

1 sandwich bag elven ruins

And I have a pre-order of dark runes bases.

 

More orders and some made ready later (it's been a crazy week) 9 naiads painted.

 

Movement trays for round bases are ago ladies and gentlemen! Prepping the first display piece now. Available in a variety of shapes with my usual textures

 

Assuming taxes don't eat me alive, I may have my computer by early april and a chunk of cash in the rainy day fund I've been slowly adding a few bucks to.

This weekend is all about processing orders, because next week is prep week for Gulf Wars in Mississippi.

To explain my earlier post.

I just picked up 100 EM4 dwarf spearmen

I'll probably spend a day painting them all when I get back from my trip.

 

Current plan-o-rama to be completed before next friday:

1: giant lava bae order that is 90% there
2. 25 tray order that is 75% there
3. Painting commission that is 50% there
4. 5 base order that just came in
5. Work on legion army

 

You're a busy man... quite a plan for three days... (three and a half including time lapse)

 

Next Friday, meaning next week

 

Majority of a lava base order with stage 2/4 complete

 

All 26 bases at 3/4 now

 

And we're done. Finally on to project 2/4

 

I'm behind schedule today. Trying to catch up.

 

Excellent! That is a lot of beautiful lava basing

 

I guess that's why he comes back for more.
