Speed painting is your thing and it seems that is your preferred style. You have improved over the last year but I still think you can do better if you slow down a bit.
I am trying to work on it honestly. Thank you for your continued help. Check out my other projects thread, I think I posted a naiad that took me awhile
I paint too fast as well and it is hard not too but I think we should both try it this year, I think I have nailed the problem. We have too many projects on the go and just want them finished.
Threadomancy. Planned threadomancy though as I wanted to bring this thread back into the light. 20 more Saurus spearmen acquired via trading this weekend
Built ten more salamanders. This time I went with great weapons. Will make two more for 12 total in a moment The GW option isn't the best in kings of war, but I figured two troops was enough to A) scratch the painting itch on trying s different weapon load out. B) test great weapons against my local meta Build-a-palooza up to 23 minis currently
My impression also is that the Army Painter primer is a bit thinner than the GW it seems. Or let's say: It is easier to make thinner coats with it. Goblin Green is a nice color. Shade it with green (or brown or black) shade and you get some cool tones.
