Star Trek vs. Star Wars (and a collection of memes)

I thought Kes was OK in my view, although Neelix and the Doctor still stole the show. Chakotay, yes I agree with you about the writers making Janeway do everything but I hold that against Janeway for seemingly knowing how to do everything when in actual fact she would just be commanding various crewmen to do stuff, rather than holding it against Chakotay for doing nothing. Jake, meanwhile, I feel was much better than Wesley - certainly later on when he decides to veer away from Starfleet and be a writer, as it took him away from being the next Wesley. Evidently the writers realised the mistake they had made with Weasley...

(And yes, I deliberately put that ‘a’ between the first ‘e’ and the ‘s’)

In all seriousness though, Q is a great character, especially when he starts winding Captain Picard up!

 

That is best interaction between two Star Trek characters in the entire franchise.

 

To alter an old earth expression, don't hate me because I'm omnipotent.

 

The Q episodes were my absolute favourites. I've re-watched them more than any other episode.

How did you find that? I’d be sceptical of the idea of it coming straight out of Google images. In any case, it’s a pretty funny-looking transition frame from Episode III...
