Looks workable. Not having a Slann at 2k is a bit rough. In all likelihood you will be better off with 6 Rippers for the Shadowstrike instead of 6 Terradons. If you are gonna drop anything to make room for a Slann then Kroxigor and one of the Skink Priest are probably the most optimal choices.
So I dropped the Kroxi and 6 Terradons to add a Slann, make it 6 rippers, balewind and cogs. The endless spells to help with the summoning since I went have the d3 from an Astrolith.
Looks like some of your numbers are off.. 40 skinks will be 240, and 2 basti are going to add up to 560 if I'm not mistaken
I think his original list is from AOS 1, Skinks had a horde reduction bonus and that went in AOS 2, I think Bassy had a point increase as well.
@CitizenCake thanks for the heads up! I've tinkered with it since the first draft, and ended up at 1980.
