Restoring old paints?

    I have some old paints that are pretty dried up. I've restored them with some distilled water, Lahmian Medium and a toothpick. It worked pretty good I was just wondering what other tricks and techniques were out there.

    Tamiya Paint thinner :) it is a lacquer thinner base. Does the same thing as a bit of ammonia in terms of breaking the polymer chains which may have began the crosslinking process.
    If paint is not super solid, water and mediums usually work fine :)

    I use mechanical friction (breaking chunks of paint), distilled water, some sort of acrylic matte medium, ammonia.
