Hey Everyone

So i want some opinions on this list i am planning on running at the end of the month at a local tournament here in Scotland.

I played with the idea of a shadow strikebreaker but just thought it was a lot of points just for the enemy to counter with a meat shield of units.

Skink Priest - 80
Slann - 260
Knight Incantor - 140

Skinks (10 man) - 60
Skinks (10 man) - 60
Saurus warriors (10 man) - 100

Chameleon Skinks (10 man) - 240
Chameleon Skinks (10 man) - 240
Chameleon Skinks (10 man) - 240
Chameleon Skinks (10 man) - 240
Chameleon Skinks (10 man) - 240

Everblaze comet - 100

Total - 2000

The idea of this list is to assassinate key units from the enemies army and then play for objectives.
The army will be able to move all over the map.

What do you guys think?

Honestly in 2000 points I really think you should run some form of battalion since you're going to be putting yourself at a huge disadvantage with some of those extra rules especially at those point values. I don't think chameleon's are that great at assassinating key units either, when for similar points you could take Ripperdactyls which would perform much better than your chameleons at killing key targets.

Welcome to Lustria Online!

I would consider putting a Shadowstrike Starhost into your list if you are aiming for assassinations. Chameleon Skinks are fantastic units.

See i was toying arround with a list that involved a shadowstrike but i found most lists just block out the rippers where chameleon skinks would be able to pop up in terrain with a 3+ and have the option to go back into hiding the next turn if needed

Shadowstrike doesn't have to assassinate only heroes and backline support. They are quite capable or cleaning up even hordes. Chameleon Skinks are great units though. Their damage isn't remarkable, but they are fantastic at tying up enemy units.

You could take a shadowstrike Starhost using some Chameleon Skinks so that they benefit from the battalions rerolls.

It was only a 1 day tourney consisting of 3 games but i won the first 2 games vs, (Death, Deepkin) and lost the last game against Death.
The last game was only really lost due to my blunder of trying to take 2 zombie dragons out in 1 turn instead of focusing on just the one.

Its really worth a try and is hilariously fun

Me too.
It is a very unusual list. I like unusual things. Even more so when they work! :)
