Are those supposed to be made out of stone? I'm pretty sure that stone is not the best material to employ in the construction of a floating sea/river faring vessel.
We'll call it magic stone then. In a similar vein to the Kharadron Overlords and their lighter than air metal.
Glad you did! I like how the stone ships look. I was searching for more views of the ships but so far the internet has yielded no results It is true stone seems to be a poor choice of building materials for a sea-going vessel, but there is historical precedent! Just look up "Chinese stone ships."
For those who have never played and do not intend to play Total War Warhammer 2, this video showcases a lot of the artwork and temple-maps depicted in the game in this fluff video: Also this video on the Prophecy of Sotek:

I always thought floating ships were a bit of a misstep, the clearly should have used some Loch-ness style sea-faring dinosaurs for their ships. They even make reference to such a creature in the textual description of their ports: Pliodon Landing Pliodons are large, river-going creatures that seldom move on to land. They are used by the Lizardmen to ferry cohorts across bodies of water.
