AoS Old Battletome

quick question if you could get your hand on the old Battletome for 10$ CAN would you?!! Is it worth it as far as painting scheme ideal etc... I realize it’s days at numbered but for the fluff and all worth it?!!

I would not, if you don't have ten dollars you don't want.

It's a good book and all, but whit the new one so close at hand it's a waste right now.

Hopefully we'll have preorder this Sunday.

 

i did it's a collection thing i like having books it's why i will get the new one isted of just playing off my phone/online

 

it's rubbish, honestly, paragraphs after paragraphs of the same vague babbling; only valuable if one wanted to complete a collection.
if you wait the release of the new book you will probably find people willing to give the old one away for free I'd bet.

 

I ended up offering 5$ which was refused so no old time for me 10$ more in my pocket for the new one !!

 

Yeah, the old tome is kinda junk. There is a kind of interesting diagram of different starhost designs but that is one quarter of one page that you can probably find online super easy.

 

Pretty sure even the paint guides have suffered errata at this point

There's almost no fluff to sink your teeth into. I mean there are words, but they tell nothing.

 

therés a little bit but 99% you should probably be able to find quite easily online.
