Some Balthasar gold would look rly nice on that. If ur going with an old and ancient look try a little bit of typhus corrosion and a little bit of nilakh oxide. Looks great tho especially the snake and shade work on the slann

Here is my slann, the painting took a little longer than expected.

 

Here’s my first attempt at a Slann since I was a kid. I converted the original Slann to a floating palanquin version. The Slann himself was painted about 20 years ago, the palanquin was painted this month.

 

I love the glowing eyes!!

 

Thought I’d share my progress on my Slann Starmaster with everyone! I’m not the best at painting but I did have fun with this scheme....
