Yep. Very awesome, but nail-biting for anyone who is a dog-owner. I.E. I would NEVER do that with my dog. Not in a million years. One bump and it's over.
I grew up with cats. One of my chores was feeding them in the morning. We always had 3-4. At all times (somehow) I would have about 60-100 seconds of fluffy-we're-so-cute cats, but if I took longer than that to get the food into the bowls then the claws came out. I'm pretty sure I still have the scars on my hands and ankles. Separately, We had a couch and a comfy chair that were next to each other in front of the TV. Due to this arrangement, there was a small cave created. Because the armrests flared outwards slightly, there was a very slim crack between the two pieces of furniture. Whenever my cats were feeling feral and wanting to get back to their roots, they would hide in there with that super-large iris look they get when they've totally lost the plot and wait for one of our hands to come close enough to strike. Somehow, I never learned to watch out for this (you would remember for a couple of times after and then get complacent). After the strike, you'd look down the crack for the offender and just see these huge black eyes staring out from the gloom below...
