    The Decepticons would be one of the foes the Necrons fight quite early on, alongside the Cylons and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, to see who’s top machine. I’d say the Necrons could defeat all three due to their ability to reanimate and their vast numbers, although if the Necrons take on all three at the same time the odds would be more even.

    It’s unlikely at best that the Borg would be able to beat the Necrons. True, they would be able to adapt to Gauss and Tesla fire quickly, but they would be no match for Necron troops with bladed weapons, so Overlords, Lychguard, Triarch Praetorians, Scarabs and Canoptek Spyders would have a field day against Borg Drones. Also because Necrons are robots made of living-metal, they would be impossible to assimilate. Not to mention the power of the C’Tan Shards and the strategic genius of Phaerons like Imotekh who have millennia more experience than even Locutus. I think the two sides would batter each other hard, but the Necrons would eventually come out on top.
