Hi. Can you please tell me how you rule the wording on the "Each time this spell is successfully cast, pick up to 3 different enemy units within 10" part of the spell? Does this mean I can pick 3 different units for the first cast. Cast again, and pick the same 3 different units. Then cast again and pick the same 3 different units? Or does this mean I pick 3 units for the first cast, then pick 3 more different units for the 2nd and 3rd, totally 9 different units at the end of all the casting?

You just pick 3 that are in range each cast. You treat each cast entirely separately.
You cast it on a 7, pick 3 units, roll for the wounds, spell is done.
Cast on an 8 pick 3 units. same or different, it doesn’t matter.
Cast again on a 9 same thing
It just means you can’t pick 1 unit to be hit 3 times with the 1 spell cast. So you can’t choose 1 unit to take 3D3 mortal wounds from only 1 cast

Yeah. "Each time" means exactly that: if you cast another CD, then you "reset" the conditions.
