What's the blue you're using for those highlights,I'm going for a purple and black scale paint job but want to highlight the black scales like yours

I would like to introduce my first painted Bastiladon, I tried to use some metal colours for a more technological look. So there it is:

 

Here's mine. He's got a buddy coming soon that's getting painted the same (but with an arc of sotek)

 

Lovely looking Basti! Is that Greenstuffworld colour shift paint on the armour?

 

It is indeed! Going to use it on all my Basti and Stegadons i think.

Got myself a lightbox so taking nicer pictures. Finished my second Basti last night so I'll get some shots of the two of them soon

 

Since the winter months are dark, this seems to affect the color scheme for my second Bastiladon as well. So there it is:

 

Looking good, I like the base effects along with the bronze weaponry

 

I dont know man, I think you need to run your photo box with a black back ground, it would do your colour shift more justice.

This is a great idea for a thread. Shame I have neither the artistic temperament nor patience to do anything like these fantastic creations...
