Orange/Flesh Scheme

Whenever i think of lizards i always thing of orange ones, so that's how i decided to paint my lizardmen, i added tallarn flesh as a pure fluke that happened to look really nice with the orange.

...i would post photos but apparently they "may only be up to 1 pixels wide." ... =S how then?

They look nice. But I think they could benifit from a bit more brightness. Maybe its the unfinished bases, or maybe you need 1 more highlight, I don't know.

 

Hey nice work!! Its funny, my Lizardmen used to be orange way back in the 4th edition when saurus with spears only came in metal blisters I liked orange for them too! I Like the color you chose for the scales, it goes with the orange very nicely

 

I like them, they might be a little dark, but personally I like dark predators.

 

My Skinks are Blazing Orange skin with Ice Blue scales. It doesn't sound like it would work but it does.... Can't complain about them being too dark anyway.

 

What wash did you use for the orange?

 

I used the Baal Red wash from Citadel.
