    Hi there,
I'm a new player and I have a concept army in mind witch my seraphons are from Ulgu (Shadow's Realm).
With that in mind, I feel like an Multiple Small Unit guerilla like cohort is a good starting point to build my army. So here is my question, Can we play (efficiently) an MSU list? What warscrolls would you play? and in what constellation?

ultimately no not for a new player. all of our units require heavy buffing and get stronger the more models you have in a unit so we don't do well at minimum size. the exception would be mass 10 man skink units(like 250 of the buggers) this is primarily a positioning list and is very hard to play right also is quite a commitment early on.
we are a horde faction and most of our foot troops like to be in blobs of 30 or more if you want to run small units i would try saurus knights

So what if I concentrate on Krox, rypper/terra, sala/razor, chameleon and knights around 1 or 2 40skinks blowpipes hordes? I will have the guerilla feeling.
But sub question how a 20 hand weapon saurus warrior unit perform without help except battalion and constellation?

i would avoid razordons and ripper dactles the new book did not treat them well. kroax are great if you use them right and keep skinks near them. tearadons can also be amazing but are hard to piolet we like to take them in groops of 6 and buff them up with a chief. chameleons do a great job of preshering the opponent's back line just be sure not to count on them for fighting.
the list could work great but it will have a high skill floor.
if you get into combat before it gets tagged they will do fine. but with range and magic in the game that can be tuff. most of us take 30 or so to give us a bigger buffer before they go down to 1 attack

If you want that guerrilla warfare style, chameleon skinks probably fit that the best. Solo salamanders are also good. Could have a big blob of skinks with all the relevant buffs then msu salamanders and chameleons
