Hence my hinting at Chaos I like the look of it. GW doesn't do fun scenic models... sadly Interesting, but most of the Rumours that relate to the Cursed City are from August/September 2020. So this would be a very late reveal. Grrr, Imrahil
I didn't mean healing the wound after it was taken. That definitely shouldn't cause an issues seeing as that probably happens before all the damage goes out and long before Battleshock (hero phase unless there are melee abilities that heal wounds). So it should be fine to count even if they healed a wound suffered. But replacing models is different. It really does depend on the wording for that. Time will tell, especially when the book is in hand for the majority of folk. It's an interesting mechanic either way.
Replacing a model imho is the same as healing a wound. Anyways, yeah we need the actual book to see what they actually mean.
Been through this with my Sylvaneth. Unless changed, healing wounds is only possible on units with multiple wounds. Single wound models die and can only be brought back with spells or abilities that say return a number of slain models. So in the case of slaneesh, id interpret that as they take the wounds, if they would die they die, if they would not die they can regenerate.
Man, they really did that mini justice with the subtle osl on the raven's belly and the eye glow from the animals. It looks pretty good.
Looks like the FAQ for seraphon has been updated (updated 17/02/2021) but its still the same FAQ. AND now the Designer's Commentary is gone..... Weird....
IDK, for sure it includes the new warscrolls. Wouldn't it be nice if BOTH the manuals will be needed to play Lumineth?
Lumineth nonsense There's like 4 named characters in there and at least 3 different regular units and a faction terrain piece, which is the rumour engine with the bonsai tree. Nighthaunt get a total of 1 new unit, apparently this is why Teclis needed to make up all these reinforcements. A SCE hero from books gets his own model. Neat model. A new wight king model, who apparently might get some more undead friends (new skeletons?) Also a new belakor model is coming?
Pretty hyped for the Glow up of the Wight King, and the blurry models behind him hint at more undead on the way. Coupled with the releases from CC that could very easily be repackaged as new units/updated units, Death is likely to get another beefy release in the Soulblight Gravelords. Hopefully those jumpy vampires are an elite trooper unit compared to skellies and grave guard. Belakor getting a bigger, meaner model will be awesome. He's so puny right now.
I really like all the different models were getting but damn, rip LRL players that bought the earlier battletome
Well, at least my wallet won't cry, given that the nighthaunt model is the only one I'm going to buy. I was drooling for a plastic blood knights unit, but apparently we must accept the wight king. Cool model, nothing to say... but my hopes were different
I'm just surprised that the accompanying text is And then it shows one whole enemy Teclis apparently needs help with. It's weird that it's so many heroes though, several of whom are named. It's such a weird update especially this quickly after the first tome. Within a year we got a new tome 4-5 new named heroes, several regular heroes and 2-3 regular units. At least the Slaanesh update featured an entire new subcatagory worth of stuff (e.g. mortals)
