A long time ago in a galaxy far far away.....I worked for the local Water Sewerage and Drainage Board (in IT). I took an opportunity to go to one of the treatment works to see what happened with everyone's number two's. (Actually it was an excuse to get out of an afternoons work) Next to the processing tanks were two big mountains of undigested corn kernels and peas. These had been skimmed from the tanks. Unless you chew thoroughly, this stuff goes straight through you. However the local gulls and other birds really loved these two mountains
Uggghhh. I will never look at gulls the same way now. They are like the racoons of the bird world. Mahrlect trash pandas...
Hmm. Batteries for the TV remotes. You can still change channels and stuff without the remotes, and you can always get more batteries.
Raccoons usually beg for food or raid trashcans when there's no one around. Gulls straight up commit fly-by robberies even when people are holding and eating their food.
It's very true. I've seen several videos now where a seagull walks into a store and steals food and then walks out again.
