Yep, I'm going to be GMing a Fallout campaign using the General Universal Role-Play system, and it'll be taking place in the post-apocalyptic ruins of Toronto (Ronto, as it's known in Fallout lore) some 40 years before the events of Fallout 3.

Even managed to find this tone-setting piece that someone did before it was confirmed Fallout 4 would take place in Boston:

Why not? Peanut butter is awesome, and it isn't going to hurt the raccoon. If the raccoon thinks it needs to be on public transportation while eating, then it is probably taking the raccoon equivalent of a Hollywood Tour. "Here we have the garbage bin behind the KFC.
