I was playing a low level D&D game years ago. We were really excited to randomly roll a magic weapon with two special traits. At level three, that's a big deal. It turned out to be a +1 bastard sword with the Throwing and Plant Bane special traits. "Plant Bane" means it does bonus damage against plant monsters. "Throwing" means that despite the size, you can throw it accurately at a range of ten yards. But it's not like Thor's hammer, it doesn't come back. You throw it once and you are fighting without a sword the rest of the battle. None of our characters were planning to use a bastard sword. I'd be hard pressed to come up with a stupider combination of weapon and two powers. We named the sword "Lawn Mower." We sold it pretty quick. As kind of a joke, the DM sent a lot of plant monsters for the next several sessions whenever he needed to insert a random encounter.
That reminds me of the "legendary" Ghoul Slayer's Gamma Gun I snagged in a Fallout 4 playthrough. It certainly must be legendarily bad then, since the only damage it does is radiation-based, which actually heals ghouls instead. I guess you can use it as a "heal gun" when you have Hancock around though.
