Here we are, after 10 months of (mostly) seraphon/lizardmen painting, I have a fully painted army worth more than 2000pts for AoS !

Yes, the color scheme is great and quite simple to paint.
It's fully inspired from R0ckfish's method presented here : https://www.goonhammer.com/how-to-paint-everything-seraphon/

I've just simplified it even more to be able to use nearly only contrast paints
