Hi Guys, Quick question : your oppenent choose kill a Monster or kill thé général on an EotG with thé artefact where you come back on a 4+. He kills it but you succeed your roll. Is he score it ? Thank you for your help
He doesn't score any point because the model wasn't killed in the first place. "The first time bearer is slain, before removing them from the battlefield, roll a dice. On a 1-3, the bearer is slain. On a 4-6, the bearer is not slain, all wounds allocated to them are healed, and any wounds that currently remain to be allocated to them are negated"
Thank you !! Another one : what if 2 salamanders run away during bravery, is the opponent score his 2 victory point ?
yes, as the model is considered killed. Errata, august 2021: 15.0 – Battleshock Phase Add the following sidebar note: ‘Models removed from play as a result of their unit being split have fled. Models that have fled are treated as having been slain for rules purposes, unless noted otherwise.’ (it talks about coherency, but every "casualty" due to battleshock is a "fled model" so it's safe to say it's the same)
Also, the rules for priority targets read "Each time an enemy Priority Target unit is destroyed, and it was not destroyed by a friendly Priority Target unit, you immediately score a number of victory points equal to the reward value of that unit." Even if you killed it yourself (with a wild incarnate or something) your opponent would still get the points.
Thanks you very much for your help. I have few others question, dont want to open a New topic just for that. - Is the dread Saurian in TL has +2 wounds and +1 jaw attack ? - Is the ability on 3+ of the skink Priest has been faq or it still give run + shoot+ charge and +1 save ? - Is it possible to garnison a slaan + the bearer in the pyramide during déploiement ? And make a line at 2,9 with my saurus guard to protect the pyramide from a Monster charge ? (Or is it a Bad Idea?) - Any tip to keep the dread wholly within to give him order ? Thanks you
Yes Still the same Yes, bad idea or not is entirely dependent on opponent/plan/board state Just keep a hero really close to him and/or just acknowledge he won't be getting orders sometimes. Probably easiest to keep something like an engine close.
Thanks you very much! I have a new and tricky one : How the spell devolve from the Braychaman (move Closer an enemy unit of 2D6) work if the unit is in Garnison in the pyramide ?
