Another foot guard unit. This time they are themed after a king and his men. Half or so done at this point. When the basing material is dry it will receive a dry brush.
Finished a King and his men. Thoughts are very much appreciated. These are cool mini or not figures adapted for use in Kings of War.
So what's next for the guild? More crossbowmen, for one. I have at least 3 stands of them left to do. But I have one set base coated so they are next on the board. I have a regiment of halberds primed, so they will most likely be next after the crossbows. Then I've got a unit of casterly rock Honor guard to paint up. I'm thinking golden or bronze armor with yellow cloth. After that, I am probably going to do a dornish unit I picked up in silver and yellow. Then I'm torn between more "Lannisters" or doing some of the baratheons I picked up last year . I'm trying to clear out all these CMoN minis from the painting queue before moving on. But they will fill out the army with some units.
And this is where we are before some prior plans are going to take me away from my painting desk for a few days.
And all 15 are done. I may do a flesh wash on the gold of the helms of the lion guard but I'm not certain if I want to do that yet. Now to add them to unit bases so they can fight for the Guild in Kings of War.
