    The website and forum is still there, and they still seem to be releasing updates for their stuff, as I downloaded the latest versions of their stuff to explore it a fair while ago (though it probably says something as to how I've not bothered to read it since, especially now I have my TOW rulebook :p). As for their player base, I don't recall seeing much recent activity on their forum, I don't know if they've moved to a Facebook group or if, with the news of TOW being on the way and now released, support for T9A has just petered out completely.
