Okay I need help deciding on how to make a nest of reptile eggs best way I could think of is gluing down a ring of some form maybe like a metal ring from a craft shop then taking some flattened green stuff and pressing it down over the ring so that the inside becomes sortof a bowl. though I have never worked with green stuff before so requesting help from you pros for advice on how to make it look even better or if you have a better idea then my ring idea. also about how big do you think salamander eggs would be?
For a Salamander nest I would make the nest out of a coal like substance and have it glowing like a BBQ with hot rocks this shouldnt be to hard to do Heirst Fantacy models has a great tutorial on a lava floor I would just follow this and paint the unburt areas coal black. I wouldnt worry to much about the size of the eggs you could have only one large one wich would explain the constant guarding I would make it around the size of the salammanders belly to make it belivable. What a great Idea Kudos redeyefrog
awww dey is so tiny and cute and cudwy....oh my god they are eating my face! yes that was actually the kind of nest I was thinking of lol though the lava idea sounds cool to
Well the only problem I have with lava is that GW Salamander live in swamps. Unlike their D&D brethern.
This is what I used for my Salamander base. They were just the right size too. (Nest with Dragon Eggs eBay Item number 140163945197)
