    Two questions:

    1. The Special Character that is on the Carnosaur - Sorry, I am at work and forgot his name. He has a
special ability / Weapon that is "the hand of the God's". Does that go off once per game? Or? once per
    turn?

    2. Casandora's comet - again forgive the spelling if it is wrong. This is cast and has the potential to hit the
next magical phase (D6 onb a 4-6) which would be your opponents turn - correct? If it does not hit
can you cast another comet somewhere else ofn the board or must you wait till it hits? Further more -
say it hits on your magic phase. Is that resolved before you cast that round's spells? If the comet must
hit before being re-cast, can you cast Casandora's Comet that round?

    Thanks,
    Kaax Taat

That would be kroq-gar. It goes off once per turn.

You can only have one comet in play at a given time. You test for it each magic phase (begining with your opponents phase). You should test for it at the begining of the phase (or end...sometimes it fluctuates because I foget). Once it arrives, you are free to cast it again.

The comet isn't "remains in play" so i don't see why he can't cast it again?
In fact it's a spell that lasts more than one turn as explained in the BRB (it lasts till it lands) so a single wizard can indeed place a new one each turn.

I thought I had read somewhere that only one could be in play at a given time. Hey, drop one every time you can then. Lots of explosive goodness.

Do you think thats worth sending to GW to address on the Errata page? I would "LOVE" having a skink Priest be more effective then an Empire Mortar.

    OK, WOW!!!

I just read the rule book, the smaller version that comes with Blood Island. Hoverboy, It looks like you are correct - and this makes having two Skink Priests worth every point spent - assuming they get the comet spell. I plan to use Plaque of Topek and Lvl 2 priests - so I imagine the likely hood of not getting the spell ~17%.

    Thanks,

Very interesting that GW would change this for eighth edition, I don't have the new BRB but in 7th edition the comet was "remains in play".

I guess multiple comets would be cool, although it seems rather ridiculous.
