I checked the tags, they are good. The links are wierd. When I copy them and put them in a new window, they work. Not real sure what is going on with them beyond that.
For the pic tags to work you have to be linking to an actual image, ie. something like a .JPG or .PNG file. The links you posted link to a flickr page, not the image itself. You can get direct links from flickr by clicking on the image, going to "view sizes", select a size, right click on the image and get the location.
