I have managed to gather the bulk of my army now but just cannot find an Oldblood and a Bsb model I am happy with! I have looked at the Aow model, reaper models and dragonblood ones. Does anyone have pictures of painted models of the above? Ideally with gw saurus to give an idea of scale? Or peoples character models in general to give me a bit if insperation Any help greatly appriciated!

Have you thought about converting one from the plastic kits? There are plenty of nice bits in all of them. Also, Chakax is a very very nice model and would make a good starting point for a conversion.
Try the reaper miniatures, they have a large reptus section, which has loads of models that could be used in a lizardmen army
