Wow that skink looks pretty sweet! Are you going to do any more with the eyes on him?
 
He looks good, very clean painting. Wow, the more I look, the more I like. Good build up of layers. How long did it take you to paint him?
You might think about breaking up the blue a bit, though. Maybe paint the fin or the scales a different colour. Also, did you miss the gold on his bracelet?
 
It took me about 20-25 mins not including under coating also I did miss the Braclet oops I don't know what to do with the eyes ?
 
On the eyes, you should do a bright Orange (almost red) color. That would be mid-range complimenting to the yellow and blue that is already there.

Not bad, now that I see some more pics I realize you are painting on the muscles, it's a pretty kool effect.
 
Nice! I am usually not a fan of the blue skin lizzies, but they look pretty good!!! Keep it up!
 
looks very nice! good technique and good colors. however, ill do what i always do and suggest you try to give the models a pupil. imo it really brings out the life in a model. i myself started out with LM without pupils and after a year or so i figured "hey, ill try it" and it was a real wow-moment for me. here is a cleverly edited version of how your skink would look :)
