hey all! been lurking around here for the past few days. I've played lizzies back in the 6th edition but stopped due to lack of funds (heh) and time. I have a reallllyyy small army and so hoping to push it up to strength and start playing teaching the young races the old ones' will! hope to see u guys around the forum!

I mainly prowl around the Tactics forum. I've compiled an index of Tacticas that I'm trying to push into people's first stop. It's not complete yet but it should help you get your bearings on 8th ed. Versus sixth ed, magic has gotten more powerful in 8th (though you can't feed your power dice a lot by buying extra wizards) and the new combat rules tend to favor very large tax blocks. Skirmishers can march and fire which is good for us and the step up rule makes the low Intiative of Saurus less damaging. And of course the prices go up every Summer. We are rumored to be getting a new army book sometime next year. We could use an update but I think other armies need it more.
holy crap I just saw this. sorry for the super late reply! @Lordberti3 currently I have a very small tau, IG and lizzie force. Lizzies are not that small actually especially since I just got a battalion which makes it to be around 1500-1750 points @n810 I think so! long long time ago though haha @ Lord Cedric thanks!! looking forward to contributing! @ Scalenex your tactica compilation has helped a lot thanks!!
