yes and only two dices (no cold blooded). At higher points however you may play a Slann and test it at 9 which is ok. But 8 isn’t so high
At so low points I would absolutely try to play it, so you can avoid a slot taken by a skink priest. Then play an oldlord with glyph and magic...
Agree 16 saurus would be great at 1000. consider also that your stupidity test is at 8 with cold ones if your general go with them consider hide...
Tempest doesn’t block LOS only moonson do or other vortex from battle magic/elementalism. Tempest is really good against everything not flying...
I found adapter for salamander and cavallery too. But ok not for behemoths
