Slann in TG bunker will be able to move closer to the enemy than solo slann (the enemy can charge your solo slann). I would go for the TG bunker.
In my opinion CoC is better because in will draw less atention (one stegy or 5 CoC you make the call). With that it is easier to flank you...
Like your colour choice + you got some really great bases-
