    AoS Skink starseer rules help

    I was looking at the skink star seers rules as I love it's model (and skinks in general) I found this weird thing with the wording: If you use curse of fates spell on yourself surely you can always get 6 re rolls? Pictures: Notice how cosmic herald just says "in your hero phase" so surely...
