    Greetings

So I played a 1500 pts battle the other day with a Slann that blew up before he could really do much.
Now I am wanting to try two Shammys instead

    Heroes:

    1) Lev 2 Shammy with Plaque of Tepok

    2) Lev 2 Shammy with "Thunder Rod " (Urano's)

    3) Hornacken w/ Blade of CHotek and Enchanted Shield

    Core:

24 Saurus w/ Spears and FC

    19 Saurus w/ FC

    12 Skinks

    Elites:

    Steggy

    3 Kroxies

    5 Cham Skinks

    5 Cham Skinks

    comes to 1502 pts

    What do you think?

Imo the 2nd block of sarus is unescary and the shammy with the thunder rod better of with a dspell scroll or somthing, you will struggle against heavily armoured units you need some salamanders imo, you should have a core unit of the 24 sarus then a squad with 24 skinks and 3 kroxi's then have no skirmishers the chameleion skinks should be enough. then istead of geting 3 seperate krxoies get 2 salamnder squads. There are alot of list building guides online, I say this list was slightly rushed give youself a few hours sit down think it through think of its weaknesses and try to strengthen them. Goodluck = )

I politely disagree with u Josh

The one point I conceed as an option is replacing the Kroxies with 2 Sallie squads.

But a Skrox unit is not nearly as good an "anvil" as are Saurus, and if you have looked a bit closer, this list has a lot of synergies.
Two blocks of Saurus as solid anvils, the stegy and the Kroxxies as hammers, (normal) skinks and 2 units of Cham. Skinks as distractions...+ the Heroes.

Most importnant for me, the loss of any one of these units is not game deciding. I really do have a spare of everything in here.

As for heavily armored units, well they tend do be expensive and somebody fielding nothing but will likely be severely outnumbered, balancing the odds again I think.

I appreciate your input though, thanks.
