Oldblood (Armour of Destiny, CO, GW)
    32 x Saurus warriors (FC)

Skink Cheif (Terradon, Ironcurse Icon, LA, Dragon Helm, Fensers Blades)
    3 x Terradon riders

SKink Priest (Lvl 2, Lore of Beasts, Cube of Darkness)

    Bastilidon (Solar Engine)

    Ancient steg (Sharpened horns)

    5 x Camo Skinks
    5 x Camo Skinks

What are the general thoughts to a list like this. As I'm not sure what to expect, this is really designed to keep my opponant guessing. I may use the Old Blood out on his own or keep him in the unit, could run him in the unit but charge him out on his own to hold a block of infantry then, charge another unit with the saurus.

Could work, but make sure you double team your oponents large blocks.
and don't be afraid to throw dice at the blastilidon since it can't miscast only fail to cast.

Thanks, how would you suggest I deploy? All on 1 side or spread out across the board:

Probaly with the chamelions scouted on one flank whil the terradons advance on the other.
saurus block centered, flanked by the bastilidon and the steg, with the priest just behind the saurus somewhere.

Mind you enemy deployment, senario, and board terrain mostly determines how you should deploy

Yes, of course. I just like to have a general idea of how I'm hoping to place them.

I used to play Skaven, when I'd always have the choice of where to put my important units after my enemy had finished. However I find I have less units with Lizardmen (Obviously) and find I'm being out deployed much more.
