looks like a very solid list, just a few changes here and there - drop skink units down to 10 - switch charm for cold one, he will be much more effective - another possibility, get rid of the scar veteran entirely, and switch it for a skink chief with war spear and place him on the stegadon - after this i would suggest adding a champion to the temple guard to take challenges, you can give him a magic weapon if you want too the second option will have a few more points left over for you to do as you choose camo-skink
I disagree on the jag charm. Cold One adds stupidity so keep that in mind... The odds are that you will fail stupidity test once per game. Can you really afford to have that happen during a critical charge? If he's attached to a unit, the whole unit is stupid as well!!! I ALWAYS run a jag vet and he is ALWAYS amazing for me. This will probably change in 8th edition when it requires power dice to cast a bound level spell and strength 7 can no longer auto-pop a chariot. But for now... jag charm is the way to go in my opinion.
