8th Ed. 2,500 first lizard list

    So originally I was gonna run two carnosaurs, but I compromised and have gone for one to fit a slann in.
    It's designed as an all comers list so let me know what you think :)

    Slann- harmonic convergence, focus of mystery, becalming cogitation, channeling staff, BSB

    Skink priest- heavens, level1, dispell scroll

    Scar vet- Carnosaur, loping stride, enchanted shield, light armour, spear, dawnstone, iron curse icon

    30 Saurus warriors- full command

    10 skirmishers- javelins

    10 skirmishers- javelins

    10 skirmishers- javelins

    10 skirmishers- blowpipes

    26 temple guard- full command, standard of discipline

    Bastiladon- solar engine

    Ancient steg- engine of the gods, sharpened horns

    3 ripperdactyls

    GW armour of destiny on the scarvet will most likely do more for you.
    I've never had 1 unit of rippers do much for me, they get way better at 2+ units.
    The engine doesn't make high spells cheaper :( but the 6+ ward is still amazing. Burning alignment can kill alot of elves too, which is always a bonus.
    Your list looks really solid. I'm loving walk between the worlds atm. While you don't have the unit of 2 sallies for max level shenanigans, you can still get a steg in the middle of an army and go nuts with the bound spell. Which I haven't done yet, but really want to now that it's crossed my mind.
    Blood roar might be worth looking into as well. Anything outside the generals bubble could be in serious trouble.
