Hey guys, for my 3000 list I have 2 Slann but one unit of Temple guard. One Slann runs solo and is on the whole more survivable than the other, but if the temple guard Slann were to suffer a miscast/become a victim of unfortunate saving rolls for shooting/whatever, and it caused him to die, how would their Sacred Duty rule come into play? Would the solo Slann immediately be placed within the unit, would the unit have to move towards the Slann as fast as possible, or would play continue as normal? Thanks in advance!
Interesting question. I would think that the unit of TG would have make a bee-line for the remaining slann to protect him.
I would say continue as normal as the temple guard were sworn to that slann and so while being misreble having failed should simply continue to mope around the battlefield kicking stuff.
