Now I've been trying to perfect my army list for a few weeks now, and I've made this list LORDS: Slann w/ cupped hands, rumination, becalming, mystery, bsb - 445 HEROES: Scar vet (in TG unit) w/ light armor, extra hw - 94 CORE: 30 Saurus w/ hw's, standard, musician (6 across) - 348 30 Saurus w/ hw's, standard, musician (same) - 348 SPECIAL: 9 chamo skinks - 108 15 temple guard w/ standard, musician - 261 Stegadon - 235 RARE: 2 salamanders w/ extra handlers - 180 A few questions, one, what lore, two, will this be powerful enough for me to not really need march blockers/ redirectors? Also, 1 or 2 packs of sallies?
Defintely 2 packs of sallys, so you can have extra deployment drops. I tend to run without the skirmishers and it works for me VP wise because you usually lose the skinks by the end. Little tweaks I've learned from this board. Banner of Eternal Flame on the TG so you have flaming attacks somewhere, iron curse icon on the SV so you can put him in whatever unit is gonna get hit with warmachines. If you can have one more chamo skinks run two groups of 5. That way if someone get into combat with them you'll only lose half.
Hmm, well I only own 9 chamos, and wid you be able to post banner of flame cost, or at least fit it into the list? ( don't have my main rulebook)
Thanks, although I think I can skip ironcurse, this is an escalation tourney, 2 weeks of league followed by tourney, only warmachine is a warplightning cannon, and a high elf repeater bolt thrower, both pitifully easy for camos, I'll drop a Saurus for banner tho
