We are having a tournament in less than a week, and I wanted some opinions..
Any constructive criticism will be appreciated. I am running this from memory, so I might make a slight mistake or two.

    Enchanted Sheild
    Light Armor
    Carnosaur

    Skink Chief
    WarSpear
    Blow Pipe
    BSB
    Ancient Stegadon

    Skink Priest - Level 1
    1 Dispell Scroll

15 Saurus Warriors with Spears and Full Command

Looks solid enough, but you must remember one thing: your stegadon (and your carnosaur, even though it's not a large target anymore) will be missile magnets. Maybe droping the CoR for some terradons (war machine hunting) and spread the extra points around (1 more sala, maybe) would not be a bad idea.
As for the skink chief on steroids :smug: , I'm yet to test it, but it looks sweet.
    Just my 2 € cents :pompus: .

    Cheers!

I do have Terradons, but they are not yet assembled, for this build I only need to paint the skink priest, one coldone, and the chief with bsb.

I fear my lack of magic, and I plan on running the carnosaur with the cold one riders.

Even inside the unit of CoR, the lord on carnosaur's unit strenght will disable "lookout sir!", but I suppose it's better of than on it's own. Still, it will be subjected to stupidity. As for magic defense, the only way I see for you to increase it without making too drastic a change is to swap your skink chief on steroids :smug: for a skink priest with EotG. Your magic defense greatly increases, you get 5+ ward save vs shooting, and burning alignement REALLY puts the hurt on your foe. Oh, and you still have an ancient stegadon. :bored:
    Just my 2 € cents ;)

    Cheers!

i would run the carno seperate it gives you more options that way if you want to use him with the CoR just run him near them, but if he is seperate then he can charge skirimishers and such on his own while the CoR run down something else, or he can hit a hard unit in the flank while they hit it from the front, it just gives you more options overall, if your worried about him getting shot mabye run him on the farside of the unit so that they screen him some i also dislike the lack of magic but if you ain't got the models then you got to work with what you have good luck

I do have a painted engine, I just didn't want to spend 440 points on it, I guess the chief comes out to a similar point total.

To change the Chief for the engine I would also have to cut something else, I guess I could exchange the ranked skinks and kroxigors for two units of skirmishers.. but I wanted the kroxigor punch
