Now I don't have to have a Lord even though it's 2000 points right? This is just an experimental list I'm not really sure if this is viable or not, that's why I posted it. The main idea is to have a "center" of stegadon, saurus, skink/krox, and the scar-vet. The "center" is basically a distraction which should just sit and hold, drawing the enemies forces in, while the skinks, salamanders, and terradons do a kind of guerilla warfare. The stegadon is also there to just shoot his giant bow across the board. The "center" is suppose to be able to break apart almost so that when the opponent gets close to it, it's suddenly not there and not a big threat anymore. And last, the skink priests are there to add a little more power and mainly to generate those dispel dice. Again I have no idea if this is going to work or not, please comment! Crimsontide
One thing you definitely need to do is drop the halberd from your Scar-Veteran. He can't use it if he has Burning Blade anyways. Also, try and fit some Level 2 action on your second Priest. Maybe the Skink Skirmishers can take a hit, as you already have plenty of them. Bane Head might not be the way to go on this fella either... You might also consider dropping one of the Salamanders out of a unit. Three is a little overkill, and those points could be used elsewhere, like adding more Saurus Warriors, as the Skink Cohorts aren't quite beefy enough to give your lonely unit much support. A unit of SCOR might come in handy as a good place to put your Scar-Veteran as well.
