Engine of the Gods is good, but you will probably want to give the skink priest the diadem of power and a scroll for dispelling.

The Saurus scar-vet should become a BSB and get a mount, probably a Cold One. As for items, the carno pendant makes him a bit vulnerable once he's frenzied, as he can then be led around.

You'll want to go ahead and add a musician, never know when a tie will come up. I also tend to favor smaller units of spear-wielding saurus instead of the big blocks with HW+SH, but it depends on how you want to play them. It appears you will be sticking the scar-vet here, but if he's mounted you can field only 18 and still get full ranks.

I'm not sure what purpose these will serve. If you're using them as flankers add one kroxigor to give the unit help when charging fear-causers.

I think you'd do better with two units of 10. Also, save yourself the points on the champion and the jav+shields.

Again, these aren't my favorite, though I could see them bolstering a unit of skink-block flankers.

These are nice, though 8 seems like 1 or 2 too many.

You need some terradons. In fact, I hereby declare terradons a must-have for any Lizardmen army!
