Hello everyone, I decided to ask what you guys say about my newest list. with the general being the old blood, you are going to want more protections on him. you have 500 points to spend on him. could kit him up on a carnosaur if you really want a beastly character, and him getting taken down by magic is much less of an issue for this game it seems. He will be your general just because of his Ld score. There are lots of builds on here for old bloods. I'd take a look at them and see what you like. I would also combine the smallest of your saurus troops into the other two and increase their sizes. 15 saurus won't make it through head to head combat. only would be useful in the flank and their M4 makes it harder to pull off. I presume you will be trying the flank with the CoC, so the other two saurus blocks would benefit from the additional soldiers.
Absolutely combine these into two units. Size 15 Saurus won't accomplish much, especially with minimal magic. Really not worth it. Right now they don't even provide "look out sir" to the Oldblood (champ doesn't count). The banner is not very good. Make the unit bigger and mount the scar-vet. Staff of the Lost Sun is not remotely worth having on a priest because he'll be hitting on 6s usually. Banner is not worth it and leaves him too vulnerable. Put him on a cold one and give him some defensive combat gear. Trickster's Helm is almost never worth having - a 4+ ward is usually equal or better. Unless you know you are playing something squishy, I think your army needs more hitting power instead of a couple more attacks.
