15 saurus warriors but no standard? Why throw away the additonal +1 CR? If anything be rid of the champ, one extra attack does not mean one extra wound. The standard guarantees the additional point. -Eagle-
Yes a banner is defently a plus , however is aditional 100 VP for my oponet if my unit brakes. The infantry blocks for me works like a wall a diversion for enemy units.If i stay the 1st round of cc i can counter charge with a stega or with Death magic (favor lore) to hit him on cc (No6 spell and No2) Champs are there mostly for challenges so my hero stikes back safe, plus he ll keep the unit immune to fear (vs undeads) for sure cuse i ll drop champ for challenge. My main question is worth to add engine and remove one unit skink or even like this the list is balance and dangerus?
EOTG is handy against shooty armies but don't rely on it to win the day there. It's burning allingment that is neither magical nor flaming (slipped up there much, GW) will be extremly useful against undead and deamons, so if you are playing tournaments and given just how many players like VC's and Deamons right now, I would say it wouldn't be a bad idea to take an engine. On another note, why the skink cohorts? In this case I'd say either skirmish them or drop them for an engine. Plus you get that added level on your priest which is always handy. -Eagle-
